Dead Sea mud is massaged onto your body in a warm (or hot) room, then left for 15-20 min to let the mud do its work, then you are washed down with warm shower.
Calcium Bentonite Clay (same procedure): Naturally stimulates blood flow bringing toxins to the surface of the skin. You may experience some tingling, pulsating or redness during or after the treatment.
